Call to Action: West Harwich Baptist Church
Many of you may have already read that there is a demolition request being considered for the West Harwich Baptist Church. There is so much history wrapped up in this iconic part of West Harwich’s streetscape - from Revolutionary times to the modern era - and POP’s position is that all efforts should be made to save the building through previously planned adaptive reuse.

Two ways you can help and make your voice be heard:
Attend Harwich’s Historic District & Historical Commission (HDHC) meeting next Wednesday, December 18th at 6pm in the Small Hearing Room, Town Hall, 732 Main Street, Harwich Center
Submit a letter to Zoning Compliane Officer Rachel Lohr at the HDHC. Below is the letter I have personally submitted.
